Manos Que Ayudan USA Inc. is a U.S.-registered 501(c)(3) public charity providing direct humanitarian assistance to vulnerable people and families, and caring for abandoned and stray dogs, across the El Paso, Texas and Ciudad Juárez, Mexico border region.
Founded on July 16, 2025, our organization was built around a simple operating principle: resources should reach the people and animals who need them with as little friction as possible. We run lean, volunteer-supported programs and report openly on how funds are used.

Direct Humanitarian Assistance
