Organizational Overview

Who we are

Manos Que Ayudan USA Inc. is a U.S.-registered 501(c)(3) public charity providing direct humanitarian assistance to vulnerable people and families, and caring for abandoned and stray dogs, across the El Paso, Texas and Ciudad Juárez, Mexico border region.

Founded on July 16, 2025, our organization was built around a simple operating principle: resources should reach the people and animals who need them with as little friction as possible. We run lean, volunteer-supported programs and report openly on how funds are used.

Governance & Accountability

Built for diligence review

  • Operates under IRS regulations governing 501(c)(3) public charities, including recordkeeping and charitable-use requirements.
  • Maintains a published Non-Discrimination Policy applying to all programs, services, and partnerships.
  • Will publish IRS Form 990 and audited financial statements as they become available — see our Transparency page.
  • Open to program audits, site visits, and reporting requirements as a condition of grant funding.

Commitment to Transparency

As an early-stage organization, we publish what is verified today and clearly label what's in development — including our first Annual Report and Form 990, both currently in preparation. We believe this candor is itself a form of accountability that grantmakers can verify and trust.
